2023 Mourvèdre

77% Mourvèdre, 12% Grenache Blanc, 6% Picpoul, 5% Roussanne

Earth-driven and untamed, the 2023 Mourvèdre captures the wild beauty of the mountain. Aromas of crushed herbs, dried violets, and black plum unfold over a core of shale minerality and savory spice. On the palate, it is firm yet lithe, with dark fruit—blackberry, fig, and mulberry—woven into a tapestry of smoked tea, peppercorn, and forest floor. Tannins are present but finely textured, balanced by the natural acidity of our high-altitude site. Built for age but striking in its youth, this is Mourvèdre with a sense of place—rugged, pure, and evocative.

Alcohol: 13.6% | pH: 3.64 | TA: 6.0 | Malic Acid: <0.05
