We release your wines twice per year in February and August with shipping occurring as soon as possible, adjusted for weather conditions. This may include library releases which are only available to our members.

HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?

All membership offerings are provided as subscription programs that renew automatically unless you choose to cancel your membership, or your membership is terminated.

HOW TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

To cancel your subscription, you can log in to your account and cancel online. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone at +1 (805) 669-2283 or email us at info@ojaimountainestate.com. Please ensure that we receive your cancellation notice at least one week before the next scheduled shipment. Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for shipments that have already been processed.

ARE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS TRANSFERABLE?

Ojai Mountain membership benefits cannot be transferred. To utilize any membership benefits, including vineyard visits, an active member must be present.

IS THERE A COST OR FEE ASSOCIATED WITH MEMBERSHIP?

There are no fees to join. By enrolling, you agree to receive automatic shipments of wine twice a year. Shipments are scheduled for March and October and will be billed prior to shipping. Our membership comprises three tiers (Elite, Flagship, Collector), each differing in shipment quantity..

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE TASTING BENEFITS?

Our active members receive discounted or complimentary pricing depending on the tier of membership. These apply to the vineyard tour and tasting experience for up to a party of four per reservation per year. Our winery is open by appointment only and subject to availability. Please make your booking online or contact us at info@ojaimountainestate.com.

WILL I HAVE THE ABILITY TO CUSTOMIZE A SHIPMENT?

Our wines are pre-selected by our winemaking team each year for the two annual shipments. You will receive a notification prior to your shipment, and you will have the ability to make changes to your wine selections. Bottle minimums still apply. Our Customer Service team would be happy to discuss special requests directly with you.
